Our Little Secret
by Mark Miller
In a secluded place,
In this world or another,
Timmy and I whisper,
Just one to the other.
The hour matters little,
For time ticks surreal,
That two souls meet,
Only this we feel.
We talk about...
Oh, this and that,
Some might say,
Merely idle chit-chat.
But what we share,
Mortal ears prove useless,
'Tis the song of love,
Sweet melodies so priceless.
I would say more,
A few verses -- a tidbit,
But, alas, I cannot.
(It's our little secret)
In memory of Timmy.
